First of all, what is a joint???
A joint is a structure that allows two or more bones to move.
This is an important biological structure not only in humans but also in various species of animals.

Joints indicate the connection between bones, allowing them to move and regulate movement and posture.
Joints in the human body come in various shapes and functions.
Here are some examples of major types of joints:
Synovial Joint
Bones are surrounded by a joint capsule, and inside the capsule, there is a membrane that produces synovial fluid.
Examples include the wrist, knee, and elbow.
Cartilaginous Joint
Bones are directly connected by cartilage. Examples include the spinal discs and pubic joints.
Fibrous Joint
Bones are surrounded by fibers. The two bones are closely connected and hardly move. Examples include the joints between the skull bones.
Joints are composed of bones, cartilage, ligaments, muscles, and tendons.
These components work together to enable movement and maintain joint stability.
Joints play an essential role in daily activities such as walking, sitting, standing, and exercising.
Joints are a consumable part. This can occur for various reasons, including age, activity level, genetic factors, and external injuries.
Most symptoms of joint wear and tear include:
Arthritis
Arthritis is a condition caused by inflammation of the joints,
and it can be caused by age, genetic factors, immune system abnormalities, trauma, etc.
Arthritis is associated with joint wear and tear,
and there are different types of arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and chondromalacia.
Aging and activity-related damage
As age increases, joint wear and tear can occur more rapidly.
Also, incorrect posture, excessive exercise, and activities that repeatedly use only a few joints
can put a strain on the joints.
Obesity
Being overweight or obese can put more strain on the joints.
Especially, the lower limb joints such as the knees and hips can be more affected by obesity.
Trauma and injury
If trauma or injury occurs in the joint area, wear and tear can be accelerated.
This includes sports injuries, traffic accidents, falls, etc.
Various other factors can also contribute to joint issues.
So what is the lifespan of joint use???
Joints are typically used throughout a lifetime.
Human joints are important for enabling movement and activity throughout life.
However, over time, changes and wear and tear due to joint use can occur.
Most joints are said to last 100 years!!!
The lifespan of joint use varies greatly from individual to individual.
Natural aging
As age increases, just like all tissues and organs, joints also undergo aging.
The cartilage inside the joint becomes thinner and damaged, and ligaments and muscles may decrease and weaken.
Activity level and usage patterns
The health of joints can vary depending on an individual's activity level and usage patterns.
Excessive exercise, injuries, poor posture, or repeated repetition of specific activities
can put a greater burden on the joints.
Diseases and injuries
Joint diseases such as arthritis, trauma, or other medical conditions can affect joint health.
In these situations, the lifespan of joint use may be shortened.
Proper management and prevention
It is important to maintain joint health through proper management and preventive measures.
Adequate diet, regular exercise, maintaining proper posture, etc.,
can support and protect the joints.
As mentioned earlier, joints
vary from person to person, so it's important to take good care of them personally!!!
If you have joint problems, be sure to consult with a professional.
Since you will be using your joints for a lifetime, always take good care of them!!
